The Children’s Museum of Sonoma County hosts free Sensory Friendly Afternoons exclusively for children with sensory processing differences and their families or caregivers. These Tuesday afternoons are great for children and families to play with hands-on exhibits, explore the Art Studio, and enjoy family time in a safe, accessible, and welcoming environment without the crowds, noise, and bright lights of a typical museum day.
RESERVATIONS ARE RECOMMENDED for this free event and you may make reservations for up to ten (10) people. Please count everyone in your group and enter the total number of people in the box below.

- Our standard timeframe is 9:30am - 12:30pm. You will have a chance to modify this in the next section.
- Our maximum group size is 56 students plus chaperones.
- Price is $16 per student. All chaperones are free of charge. We require a minimum of 1 adult for every 4 students.
- If you wish to apply for scholarship funding, you will have a chance to do so in the next section.

- Regular pricing $24 / ticket; member pricing $12 / ticket
- Tickets are only valid October 24 - October 26, 2025, but they can be used any day of the event.
- Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your tickets. Please check your spam folder.
The Fine Print
- This is a fundraising event that takes place rain or shine.
- Tickets are good for one entry only. They are not refundable but can be given to anyone you choose.
- EBT, Medi-Cal, and WIC prices are available in advance of the event at the Front Desk. (Must show valid photo ID and proof of assistance)
- Military and teacher discounts are available in advance of the event at the Front Desk. (Must provide ID or verification)
- We do not accept Discover & Go, CMOSC Fun Passes, Access Passes or other discounts during the event.
